Welcome to Week 37 - Last Week of School!

Happy last week of school for 2020-2021! Thank you families for your continuous support as we persevered through this unique school year. We had an amazing year: we learned a lot, made many new friends, and most importantly, we made memories that last a lifetime!

Thank you for choosing NES!

District Summer Programs

Registration for the Summer Programs ended on Friday, May 21. If your child is selected to participate, you will hear from us this week for next steps. Stay tuned!

Zonewaiver Applications are Available Until May 25

Teachers Wanted for the 2021-2022 School Year!

We are still in need of a K-2 Varying Exceptionalities Teacher as well as a 4th grade math/science teacher. Due to a small class size, VE teachers have an opportunity to build close relationships with students and families, and have much autonomy in designing unique learning plans for their students. 4th grade Math and Science teachers will work as part of a departmentalized team, and focus on two content areas to build strong STEM foundations for 5th grade, middle school, and beyond.

Contact Dr. Robinson at robinsont@okee.k12.fl.us to ask about these positions if you would like to (or konw someone who would like to) join our team!

Summer Office Hours

Starting June 1, our office is open daily from 7AM to 4 PM.

We are closed on Monday, May 31 in observance of Memorial Day.

2021-2022 School Calendar

The school calendar for the 2021-2022 school year is available on the district website at  okee.k12.fl.us.

School Safety

Reports concerning unsafe, potentially harmful, dangerous, violent, or criminal activities, or the threat of these activities, can be made to appropriate public safety agencies and school officials using the following link: https://getfortifyfl.com/Tip.html.
