Welcome to Week 38!

Happy Mother’s Day to all of our NES moms!

We have only two weeks to go - let’s finish strong!!!

Students in grade 5 will participate in F.A.S.T. Math assessment on Tuesday, May 16. 3rd grade students who scored Level 1 and do not meet other promotion criteria will participate in SAT-10 and NWEA Reading assessments this week. Makeup testing continues throughout the next two weeks.

Student Test Scores

For students in grades 3-5, F.A.S.T. scores can now be accessed via Florida Family Portal. For students in K-2, the STAR assessment results will be available in the Florida Family Portal  mid June. Copies of student score reports will be shared with parents at our end of the year APTT meetings where teachers will also help parents understand the scoring of these assessments.

K-5 Summer School

K-5 Summer School this year is by invite only. If your child was identified by their teacher, you will receive an invite early next week. Please return it as soon as possible as seats are limited. 3rd grade summer school invites will be sent after we have the results of the SAT-10 and NWEA Reading tests.
