Swim Unit

Math Bowl

We are wishing the best of luck to our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade teams participating in Math Bowl on Tuesday! The event is held at the OFC auditorium.

NES Talent Show

NES has talent!!! Come and join us for an annual NES Talent Show on Thursday, April 25 at 6:30 PM in the cafeteria. 

State Assessments

Here are the dates for the upcoming assessments:

  • 05/01-05/24 F.A.S.T. Reading and Math (Grades 4-5)
  • 05/01-05/24 STAR Reading and Math (Grades K-2)
  • 05/06-05/17 NGSSS Science (Grade 5)

3rd Grade Parents Information Session

An informational session will be held for 3rd grade parents on Tuesday, April 23 at 4 PM in our Media Center to review the upcoming state assessments in 3rd grade. We will discuss students’ promotion criteria and review the sample tests. We hope you will join us!

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week

Our Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week is scheduled for May 6-10. Let’s show our teachers and staff some love!!!

End of the Year APTT Dates

End of the year APTT (Academic Parent Teacher Team)  meetings are scheduled in conjunction with other events taking place at the end of May. Check it out and save the date!

Space Art Contest

Lieutenant Governor Jeanette Nuñez has announced the launch of the 2024 Florida Space Art Contest. Students in grades K-5 are encouraged to create an art piece inspired by the theme: Suit Up! Florida’s Space Suit of the Future. More information is available at: https://floridaspaceart.com/. All entries are due on May 24, 2024.

All students have access to the Fortify FL reporting app on their Chromebooks. Fortify FL posters posted around campus to remind students they can report suspicious activity at any time using the app.
