Welcome to Week 28!
Welcome to our last week prior to the Spring Break!
- Friday - March 8 is the last day of the 3rd 9 weeks of school.
- March 11-15 is Spring Break. Our office is open from 8 to 4.
- Monday - March 18 is a Teacher Work Day and there is no school for students.
- Students return on Tuesday, March 19.
- Report Cards will be sent home on Monday, March 25.
NES VPK Registration
NES VPK registration is taking place on Wednesday, March 6. Please be sure to schedule your appointment if you have not already done so. Seats are limited and they fill up quickly.
3rd 9 Week PBIS Days
Our 3rd 9 weeks PBIS days are taking place this week. Students must be in good standing with discipline to attend. If you have questions about your child’s eligibility, please contact their homeroom teacher.
AR Reading Goals
It is still time for students to meet their Accelerated Reader reading goals for this grading period! In addition to the end of the quarter AR reward events, students are also recognized for achieving milestones such as 50 Points Club, 100 Points Club, 200 Points Club and so on. Keep reading, Tigers!!!
Florida Prepaid College Savings Plans

Our individual Spring Pictures are scheduled for Wednesday, March 20.
Yearbooks
Be sure to submit your yearbook orders soon. All sales are online, except special ads. Please contact Ms. Tamara Carpenter for more information about adding a personalized ad in our yearbook. Please make checks payable to North Elementary School for any personal ads.
