Welcome to Week 17!

A huge thank you to everyone who came to walk with us in the City Christmas Parade, or cheered for us from the sidewalks. We are very appreciative of all the love and support of our families!

Monday kicks off the dress up week! Our team leaders have selected fun and festive dress up themes for each day of the week. Check out the flyer below for the daily themes.

We also have a classroom door decorating contest in hopes to spread cheer and make the holidays memorable for our students.

Please stay tuned for a Facebook post featuring all the beautiful doors at NES!

Kindergarten Christmas program will take place on Thursday, and it will be shared with parents virtually. Grade levels will hold their PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Support) events on Thursday and Friday.

Tutoring

Tutoring will continue this week as usual, however, Thursday is the last week of tutoring for our kindergarten students. We have seen a tremendous growth in the academic performance of kindergarten students who attended our tutoring program this fall! A huge thank you to our kindergarten tutors Mrs. Steiert, Mrs.Wisener, Mrs. Gonzalez, and Mrs. Comer for providing this extended learning opportunity to our kindergarten students.
