  • Guest speaker, Mr. Lewis Gopher from the Seminole Tribe will be visiting 2nd grade as part of their Social Studies unit about different cultures and traditions around the world.


Tuesday, 02/12

  • 4th Grade APTT 7:45 AM

  • After School Tutoring

  • School Board Meeting 6:00 PM at the School District Board Room


Thursday, 02/14 - Valentines Day

Friday, 02/15

  • Crime Watch Club will be meeting 7:45-8:00 AM in the Media Center to discuss the Safe Schools Poster contest

  • 1st and 2nd grade Indian Reservation Field Trip


Assessments

The state assessment dates are now available for grades 3-5. Please consider these dates when making doctor’s appointments for students.

April 2 FSA Writing (4th & 5th)
April 3 and 4 FSA Reading (3rd)
May 1-2 FSA Reading (4th&5th)
May 6-7 FSA Math (3rd, 4th, 5th)
May 8-9 Science (5th)

Other School Business

In celebration of Valentines Day this week, Student Council will be selling smencils candy grams for $2 in the mornings  in the hallway.

Enjoy your long weekend as there is no school on Monday, February 18 in celebration of Presidents’ Day. Classes will resume on Tuesday, February 19.
