Welcome to Week 27!

Welcome to Say Something Week! This week allows schools to come together nationwide to raise awareness about the importance of being there for one another; to be an upstander, and help students with identifying a trusted adult in a school setting. While this program is designed for middle school students to bring awareness to recognizing warning signs for someone at risk, there are many things that we can do at an earlier stage to help students in need. Below is an overview of the daily topics for the Say Something Week at NES.

National School Breakfast Week

Also, we would like to wish everyone a happy School Breakfast Week! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and we are appreciative of the hard work of our cafeteria ladies who prepare and serve a delicious breakfast every day!

21 Day Challenge

Please continue to read with your child for at least 15 minutes each day. We are posting family highlights of the daily 21 Day Challenge on our NES Facebook page. To participate, please send a picture (or two) of your family’s participation to robinsont@okee.k12.fl.us. Keep reading, Tigers!
